Revision Breast Augmentation

This is a lady who had a Revision Breast Augmentation.  She had had old saline implants (375 cc) on top of the muscle (done elsewhere).  She bottomed out and has visible rippling of the capsule in the upper pole.

I removed the old implants, put new silicone breast implants (high profile 475 cc) under the muscle (submuscular placement), fixed the upper pole capsule, and did a small wedge resection of the lower pole.

This is about three months out.
